The majority of our work is selective harvesting. D. H. Hardwick & Sons works closely with landowners, planning the harvest in a way that best suits the end result that is desired by the landowner. D.H. Hardwick & Sons markets the sale of the forest products with reputable mills and offers very competitive stumpage prices for timber . Our office has the necessary forms that need to be filed with the town and state for permitting of your timber harvest. We can have a company representative come to your location to fill out the contract and related documents, whatever is convenient for our customer. A deposit on the timber can be offered by our company at the signing of the timber sale contract.
We have many references which may help put you at ease with the decision of harvesting your property. Your timber is a major asset and we take our job seriously. Contracting for New Homeowner Building Sites: |

D.H. Hardwick & Sons achieves the look a new homeowner envisions. Working closely with the builder and/or prospective homeowner, accomplishes the requested end result. A company employee will walk your site with you and flag any save trees you would like to remain for aesthetic purposes. We always assess the value of your standing timber when quoting you a clearing fee. If the proposed estimate is satisfactory to you, we will enter into a contract. The landclearing contract is usually separate from any site work our construction division does (stumping etc.), the site work will be quoted separately. |
